House is located in Agia Paraskeui area, approximately 500 meters from
the main road that connects Skiathos town to koukounaries beach, and
600 meters from the beach of Agia Parasekui. Build in a
quite and relaxing area, sourounded by green and colourfull flowers,
our villa is ideal for your relaxing holidays. The swimming pool
and and the pool bar operates all day long and Gregory, the friendly
owner of the house is always there to assist in any matter and to take
care the  unique and amazing garden.
The house is composed of studios and apartments, able to accommodate
from 2 to 5 persons. All of them are nicely decorated in a
traditional style and all of the apartments and studios are
equiped with kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The cool area
and atmossphere makes the use of aircondition uncessesary as the natural
enviorment preserves a perfect temperature. A few meters
